The Walther Compact Knife Sharpener has two sharpening angles for different types of knives. The 34° angle is suitable for kitchen knives and fine blades, while the 50° angle is designed for hunting and outdoor knives. The carbide inserts are for basic sharpening, while the ceramic inserts are for polishing the blade and restoring it to its original shine.
Hold the knife sharpener with your left hand on the grip and press it onto a firm surface where it won’t slip. Draw the knife through the sharpener three or four times without applying force. It will then be ready to use again.
Not suitable for serrated knife, jagged or damaged blades.
Cutting angles: 34° and 50°
Grinding angles: 17° and 25°
